Once a booking is made, the accommodation is removed from the market, and we refuse all other requests. A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total accommodation cost is required at the time of booking. The balance is due 42 days/six weeks prior to arrival. Any booking made on or after 42 days/six weeks before the stay date requires payment in full at the time of booking.

 

A reservation is only confirmed upon receipt of payment.  We accept bank transfers and most major credit/debit cards including American Express.  You are welcome to pay the full amount in advance if you wish. Regretfully, we do not accept foreign currency or personal cheques.

 

Cancellation Policy

If a reservation is cancelled, the 50% deposit is non refundable regardless of the circumstances or timing of the cancellation, or whether the property can be re-let or not. We recommend you take out cancellation travel insurance to cover this cost.

 

Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferable at the discretion of the management.  Such a transfer would incur an administration charge of £20.00 or 10% of the total booking charge, whichever is greater.

 

Any cancellations made on or after 42 days/six weeks prior to the arrival date will require full payment and we reserve the right to take this from the credit card used to secure your booking.  

 

Where a deposit is made and the balance not received 6 weeks prior to arrival, the management reserve the right to place the accommodation back on the market.

 

Whole House Booking Policy:

A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total booking cost is required at the time of booking. The balance is then due 42 days/six weeks prior to arrival. Any bookings made less than 42 days/six weeks before the stay date require payment in full at the time of booking.

 

Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

The placing of a booking and payment of the deposit is deemed as your knowledge and acceptance of the above Terms and Conditions and therefore creates a legal contract between us.

 

Check-in: 

Guests can check in any time from 4.00 pm.  Earlier check in (not earlier than 2.00 pm) may be possible by arrangement. Please give us an estimated time of arrival and notify us if this changes significantly.  

 

Check-out:  

Guests must vacate their apartment by 10.30 am on the final morning, to ensure the rooms can be cleaned properly.

Other Information

Children over 5 years of age welcome.  Unfortunately, we do not have facilities for babies and children under 5. 

We operate a Non Smoking Policy on the premises

Regretfully, we are unable to accommodate pets of any kind.
